Ever wonder how much caffeine is in the foods and drinks sold to the public? The answer, depending upon the product, is more than you think and maybe less than you think. For example, did you know that Barq’s Root Beer has the same about of caffeine as Pepsi? Other root beers have zero caffeine (Thanks for letting us know, Coca Cola…). Also, did you know that the FDA has capped the amount of caffeine a cola or pepper drink can have at 71MG per 12-ounce serving? We had no idea. Then there are some drinks that have enough caffeine to make a bull elephant’s ears ring (Bang Energy Drink at 357 MG. Do NOT drink two of those, kids…)
